Alise Art Group is pleased to present

Fuego, an exhibition of new works by Lamonté French. This collection of works in it’s bold posture is emotionally symbolic, aesthetically transformative, and relatively triggering. Within the use of its familiar & sporadically child like imagery, French allows the viewer an instant connection with gut wrenching realizations. The dealings of politics along with the transgressions of being a human and the push and pull of addiction, depression, and self realization are presented through beautiful composition, striking color, and a multitude of materials.

“These works are for the public, the people who have supported and continued to be fans of my work through these times. That's why the pieces are large pieces at a fraction of my normal pricing. I want my work to be in EVERYONE'S home or space of energy.

In this collection, I want people to see my growth as an artist. It's been a year and half since my last show and so much has changed in the world. So have I, not just as an artist but also as a person"

Fuego was held June 11th, 2021 open to the public with Covid regulations encouraged. The following day was dedicated to collectors, a private viewing.
